Plans change, and we get it. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your booking and we'll happily update the details, reschedule or cancel at no charge. Without 24 hours' notice a cancellation fee applies — not as a penalty, but to help cover the operational costs for the time we'd set aside for you.

What items are removalists unable to move?

Most removalists aren't licensed to carry flammable or dangerous goods, so items like gas bottles, paint thinners, aerosol cans, cooking oils, cleaning solvents, matches, pesticides, turpentine, kerosene, weed killers, pool chemicals, firearms, ammunition and toxic materials can't go on the truck. We recommend transporting these yourself or arranging a licensed dangerous-goods carrier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MOVE MY ITEMS?

That depends on the specific assignment. But if you are moving an entire home, you need to factor in the time required for loading, transporting and unloading the items. Make sure to request an estimated timeframe from your removalist.
